By submitting a dark retreat application, you understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance into the program. The review process may include interviews, health screenings, or assessment of prior contemplative practice. All information provided must be accurate and complete, and acceptance remains at the discretion of the program team at all stages.

Health & Fitness for Participation
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in any Yangti program. By registering, you confirm that you have disclosed any health conditions relevant to your participation. Yangti reserves the right to ask a participant to withdraw from a program if, in the team’s judgment, participation poses a risk to that individual or others.

By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Yangti, its teachers, and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or adverse experience arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence on Yangti’s part.
Conduct & Community Standards
All participants are expected to engage respectfully with teachers, staff, and fellow participants. Yangti reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the values of the community.
